At BabyCarrierWrap.au, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your baby carrier wrap, we offer a hassle-free return process within 7 days of delivery.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligible Items for Return
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- Item is in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, labels, and tags are intact
- Item has not been washed or damaged
- Hygiene seal (if applicable) remains unbroken
- Item is free from any odors, stains, or signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Return Authorization
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Follow the provided return shipping instructions
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Use a trackable shipping method (recommended)
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent
- Defective Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items
- Insurance: We recommend using insured shipping as we're not responsible for items lost in transit
Processing Your Return
Timeframe: Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item
Inspection: All returned items are inspected to ensure they meet our return conditions
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card: 3-7 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days after processing
Note: Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for your preferred item
- This ensures faster processing and availability
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
International Returns
For international customers:
- Same 7-day return policy applies
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Items must be declared accurately for customs
- Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
